Gourmet Pear Tree

Recommended for Zone 4-8. A South Dakota introduction, trees are hardy and grow upright to 15-20 ft. tall. Fruit is green-yellow in color and medium in size with thick but tender skin. Flesh is yellowish, sweet, crisp and juicy making it an excellent dessert pear. Fruit matures the 3rd week of September in Brookings S.D. Trees are pollen-sterile and can not be used to pollinate other trees.

Please note 2 pear trees are required for pollination.
